Evangelism

Is making known the good news of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the sins of mankind with the intent of leading a person to salvation.

"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

Prophecy

Prophecy is only credible after the servant of God's Words through him/her have proven to be genuine.  As the Holy Spirit continues to reveal the future through His Servants, their spoken or written prophetic words builds credibility to the GLORY of God.  Therefore, the prophetic words spoken by God's Servants still yet to be fulfilled becomes even more credible [e.g.  God established Joseph to be credible by visions of the famine in Egypt to the Pharaoh, Genesis Ch. 41 & 42; e.g.  God established Daniel to be credible by visions while living in the King's Quarters, but denounced the King in Daniel Ch. 5, by interpreting the "handwriting on the wall;" e.g.  God established the Apostle Paul to be credible by first warning the ship crew not to sail because their voyage was dangerous and possible loss of the ship and their lives.  But the centurion believed the master and the owner of the ship more so than Paul, Acts 27:10, 11.  After the ship had begun to sail, and in the midst of the storm at sea, Paul said: Acts 27:31>...except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved.  After many days in the storm, Paul stood before the 276 persons on the ship and said: Verse 22> I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship.

Acts 28:1-10, God established Paul to be credible after being bitten by a venomous snake hanging from his hand and lived without any sign of hurt, the people on the island believed in him as a god.  Nevertheless, Paul glorified Eternal God before the people and they too believed].

So it is today, that God continues to build credibility upon the rest of what His Servants have spoken, but their prophetic words are not yet come to pass...All divine prophecy has a purpose and time within the Kingdom of God, and that prophecy must glorify God and not the speaker.  He/she that has an ear let him/her hear what the Spirit says to the believer.
